Teacher living Healthier Life Since Taking the Corporate Fit Challenge

One day late last fall, John and Jenn Robinson came to Rann Elementary asking teachers if they would be interested in joining a Corporate Fit Challenge team.  I knew I needed to make some changes in my life to lead a healthier lifestyle.  I was ready to take on the challenge!

Jenn has been great!! She truly cares about her clients!! From our very first meeting, she has encouraged and pushed me to do my best during workouts. I have learned about good nutrition and how to make healthier choices for my family and me. Giving up diet drinks, making good food choices, and exercising has not always been easy but it is so worth it!!  Jenn has been there for me every step of the way. Just when I needed it, I would receive an encouraging text or email to help me along the way.  How great is that?

Since joining the Corporate Fit Challenge, I have lost 12 lbs. so far and feel great! I sleep better, don’t have body aches or food cravings like I did, and I have more energy than I have in years. Living a healthier lifestyle is a choice you make everyday.  Making good food choices and exercising on a consistent basis really does work!

Pro Athlete Zach Thomas Believes In JRobs

I have known John Robinson for over 15 years. Having been a teammate with JRob at Texas Tech, I knew that his determination, enthusiasm, and commitment to training would eventually lead him to opportunities where he would motivate others to perform at their very best.

Looking back over my career I recognize the impact that performance training has had on my ability to maintain a healthy body and perform at peak levels each year.

Whether you’re someone making a life change or a high school athlete hoping to play professional sports there are proven methods that yield the greatest change in performance.

I have always believed that it starts with you! Believe in yourself and then find ways to gain an edge. I have found this to be true in my own career. Along with time, education, discipline, perseverance, sacrifice, and the will to succeed. My optimum ability to perform is a result of consistently working a program that creates balance between my speed, change of direction, conditioning, flexibility, strength, power, stability, and my core.

I have also come to recognize the importance of mental and physical regeneration (rest) and recovery.

I believe that JRobs understands the importance of these principles and is committed to developing the complete athlete.
